Come and watch as Chef Nor, Executive Chef of the Silk Elephant and Bangkok Balcony demonstrates a wonderful menu sure to delight! Accompanying him will be Thai dancers.
Chef Nor and staff will help guide your tour of Thai cooking techniques adapted for the home and introduce you to flavors that are unique to Thai cooking. Ingredients such as lemongrass and rice paper wrappers will be used in dishes, along with the discussion and demonstration of curries, Thai noodles and stir frying techniques for your home.
Bring your questions, curiosity, and appetites. Participants will sample, eat and enjoy the demonstrated dishes. This unique event is being held specifically as a fundraiser event for the Blackridge Swim Club. You cannot miss this opportunity! So bring your own drinks (BYOB/BYOW). Please bring your own glasses and writing materials for note taking.
